Dr. Catherine Hedden
Dr. Catherine Hedden, one of our associate veterinarians, received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis in 1996. She has been practicing locally for the last fifteen years. In addition to treating dogs and cats, Dr. Hedden also treats rabbits and other pocket mammals. Dr. Hedden is married with two daughters and has three rabbits, Eeyore, Mindy and Black Beauty , three cats, Gammage, Little Miss, and Kitty Rose and one dog, Angel.
Dr. Teresa Luther
Dr. Teresa Luther recently joined Central Animal Hospital as one of our associate veterinarians. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 2008 and has been practicing small animal medicine at various hospitals. Her special interests are dermatology and surgery. Dr. Luther is married and has two dogs, Ivan and Ella.
Jennifer Adams
Jennifer Adams is a customer service representative who has been with Central about a year and a half. She brings much industry experience having worked at other clinics. Jennifer has three dogs, Wednesday, Bambi and Kayda.
Diane Bloom
Diane Bloom, our office manager, has been with Central for over seventeen years. She provides tremendous support, warmth and continuity for clients, their pets and the staff with her years of invaluable experience. Diane has two children ,two cats, Chippy and Boots and one dog, Auz.
Rofulus Carpio
Rof Carpio, one of our technicians, joined Central almost three years ago, moving from Denver, CO. He has a DVM from the Philippines and over twelve years of experience in the field, including general and specialty practices. Rof is married with two sons and has two dogs, Henna and Moshe, two cats, Panther and Lynx , one turtle, Crush and chickens.
Kristin Firkey
Kristin Firkey, one of our technicians, has been with us almost four years and brings many years of industry experience to the technical staff. Kristin is married with two children and one cat, Dreidel.
Jen Flores
Jen Flores recently joined us as a customer service representative. She has previous experience working at an animal hospital. Jen is engaged and has two dogs, Deja and Piston and one cat, T.J..
Liz Heinen
Liz Heinen, our Hospital Administrator, joined the hospital over six years ago. She left a high tech career to work in the veterinary field. Liz is married with three children and two dogs, Kobi and Cooper.
Alisha Holt
Alisha Holt has been with us many years. She is currently working as an assistant. Alisha has three children, one dog, Layla, and one fish, Rootbeer.
Dean Horton
Dean Horton recently joined the team as an assistant. He has previous experience working with animals including an internship at the Nashville zoo. He plans to pursue a technician certification degree. Dean has one dog, Shadow and one cat, Snoop.
Charity Klinger
Charity Klinger recently joined our staff as a customer service representative. She has had previous experience working at a pet clinic. Charity has a large extended family in the Bay Area.
Lillian Maciel
Lillian Maciel is our lead kennel assistant and groomer. She has been with us over five years and provides excellent grooming services in addition to managing our kennel. Lillian is engaged and has two cats, Journey and Boogie.
Barbara Lee
Barbara Lee recently joined us as a technician. She has several years of experience working at various clinics. Barbara has a son and a daughter and four cats, Bootz, Heidi, Cubby and Veda.
Tina Souza
Tina Souza, one of our client service representatives, has been with the hospital for over seven years. Tina started as an assistant and was then promoted to her current position. Tina loves both cats and dogs and has three dogs, Cornbread, Fasha, and Mutlee and one cat, Sudeez.
